Can I attend a Swedish gymnasium?

I see that you need Swedish as a subject from school. Are all the courses taught in Swedish?
Also, is it possible to attend school in Sweden for only one year and be eligible to attend the gymnasium?

I am not sure about your situation so I can not help you much but generally yes, you need Swedish as a subject to be eligible to attend gymnasium in Sweden. You can contact the school you are interested in and ask about the possibility for you to apply.
