Firstly, you need to contact UHR in order to validate your foreign grades. You will also need to complete all three upper secondary courses of Swedish. After which point, depending on UHR, you can speak with your chosen komvux school and inquire into which courses you require in order to complete and achieve the necessary requirements to apply to your chosen university.
